Gary Teare, PA-C

Gary Teare, a native of New Mexico, earned his Physician Assistant certification at the University of Utah in 1992. Gary has worked as a Physician's Assistant in Utah, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. He has worked at Reliance since 2005.

Douglas Shaffer, PA-C

Douglas Shaffer graduated in 1992 from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts. He recieved his Physicians Assistant certificate in 1994 from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He served in the US Army as a medic from 1988-1995, and has worked as a Physicians Assistant since 1994. Doug joined Reliance in 2007.

Larry Decker, PA-C

Larry Decker graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College in 1997. He recieved a Physician Assistant certificate from the University of North Dakota in 2004. Upon graduation, Larry moved his family to New Mexico to work for the Indian Health Services. He has provided excellent care to Reliance patients since 2007.

Lisa Bourne, CNP

Lisa Bourne began her career as an EMT in 1989 in Evanston, WY. She went on to attend courses at the Western Wyoming Community College, earning an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing in 1995. Lisa moved to New Mexico in 2004 and began studies at the University of New Mexico. She recieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2004, and a Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from UNM in 2006.
