
Jim Holgate joined Reliance Medical Group in 2003. He has 21 years of experience in business ownership, management and teaching. From 1988 to 2000, Jim was President and CEO of Chief Security Inc, a regional security services firm. He sold controlling ownership in 2000.
From 1999 to present, Jim has been an Adjunct Instructor at San Juan College where he teaches business classes both online and in the traditional classroom.
Jim received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Brigham Young University. He is currently a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Small Business Association.

Sue Bratcher graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology from the University of Washington in 1975. She earned an Associates Degree in Nursing from San Juan College in 1992. She worked as a nurse in the Emergency Room at San Juan Regional Medical Center for 10 years before joining Reliance Medical Group in 2002 as Office Manager.

Julie Head is a native of New Mexico, and has lived in Farmington since 1997. She is actively involved in the Worker's Compensation and Medical industry, and has been for 28 years. Julie is one of our original staff members, and has served as the Billing Manager at Reliance Medical Group for 8 years. Her enthusiasm and smiling face is an asset to the company.

Reann McManus originally joined Reliance Medical Group in 2001 as a Receptionist / Front Office Supervisor. After a leave of absence to persue a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature (2005), she returned to Reliance. Reann worked through various positions before recently becoming the Lab Manager in November, 2008.
Reann has 10 years cumulative experience working as a medical office professional. Her experience includes working with Worker's Compensation insurance and Primary insurance billing, Hospital Pediatric coding, Worker's Compensation guidelines and DOT regulations.

Adana began her career with the Bloomfield Fire Department in 1999. She has since become a Lieutenant and an Emergency Medical Services instructor with Bloomfield Fire. She joined the San Juan Regional Medical Center Emergency Medical Services staff in 2001.
Adana graduated from HealthOne Emergency Medical Services in 2005 with an Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic designation. Adana joined the Reliance team in 2008 as the Clinical Manager.
